So, why should you trust Remark! with your Access Translation? Let’s face it there is more than one translation company within the UK but none of the others do what we do at the level we do it. Many of them see access as a ‘bolt on’, something that they have to do by law, but at Remark! it’s our core business, it’s what we were created to do!
How many times have you had to go to one company for one version of a document and then go to another for a second? With Remark Translation we cover ALL aspects of access translation! You want a Braille version? No problem! British Sign Language? Coming right up! It’s like ordering your favourite fast food burger – you want subtitles with that? How about Voiceover? A web version? You’ve got it.
We are so good because our team here actually understand our translation work. We use it ourselves and for our friends and families. If we are not happy, we will throw it in the bin and start again.
We understand that no two clients are the same and that for most translating into BSL is a new experience for them. We want to make the process as effortless as possible and see this as ‘Partnership working’.
For each project you’ll get a dedicated Account Manager and once we’ve worked with you and know what you like we keep this knowledge for our next project, trust us some of our account managers have memories like elephants (and for those who are slightly more normal we have a central information database where all of your requirements are logged!)
Clients, or potential clients, are welcome to come and see us anytime. Join us for filming in our specifically designed BSL studio and watch our expert team turn your project requirements into reality. We’re very open and welcome clients even if its just to have a cuppa.
Whilst we’re on the subject of being open – we throw open our translation projects to our focus groups once a month for feedback. We invite a group of service users from all walks of life to come in and view a sample of our work. This ensures we maintain our high standards as we’re safe in the knowledge that what we are putting out there is actually accessible to the community. It’s just one of the many Quality Control (QC) policies we have at Remark.
Translation are accustomed to being front of camera, but recently a rare opportunity arose
