Ofcom consulting with BSL users

Ofcom have published their ‘Review of Relay services’ and are especially keen to hear the views of BSL users. There are five ways that you can respond – these are detailed on their website.

Through talking to a wide range of service users Ofcom are aware that current text relay provision may not be giving the best access possible, and they would like to know what BSL users think of their plans to make improvements.

The consultation looks at the telephone services that BSL users use on a daily basis and how Ofcom feel these could be improved. They have published both the full review document (text) and a specially designed summary for BSL users translated into BSL.
