Community Liaison Officer

Remark! Community are delighted to announce the recruitment of a new Community Liaison Officer which will be a similar role to the one in South London.

This person will have several key responsibilities which include:

1. The setting up and running of two elderly lunch clubs (one North and
        one East London)
2. Providing support to older people (advocacy and services)
3. Working with parents of deaf children as well as deaf parents
4. Providing information and advocacy plus signposting for advice
5. Running a parent and toddler club. This will include active sessions, for
        example, swimming or soft play
6. Running a KIT project in schools with an HIU across the area
7. Working as a youth worker in a club and play scheme
8. Cooperating with other organisations and social services to ensure
        services fit in with other agencies.
