Remark! would like to wish a very Happy New Year to all!
With the Olympics and Paralympics now only months away and the celebrations of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, 2012 is set to be an exciting year.
Here at Remark! we’re already a hive of activity, gearing up for our own action packed year…
Production will be bringing to your screens a range of programmes including A History of Education, and The Hub Series 2; Translation will be working with a number of public bodies, organising committees, and tourist attractions making accessible exhibitions, events and displays throughout 2012 (watch this space); our BSL tutors are busy preparing to introduce students to a diverse range of fun and informative BSL courses; Interpreting are welcoming several new in-house interpreters to fulfil an increasing number of bookings and contracts across the UK; and Multimedia are in the creative throes of designing and developing new brands and websites in preparation for launch in 2012…
The popular BSL translated Deaf news round-up will be another key feature continuing in 2012, brought to you by Remark! journalist Paul Harrison every Thursday afternoon.
A busy time indeed…we’ll be posting regular news and updates, and don’t forget to join our Facebook and Twitter pages!
